Of late the Tourism Council of Bhutan (TCB) has been receiving complaints from tourists on refund of tour payments specially with regard to cancelled tours. The TCB has noticed that these confusions arise due to the tous operators not sharing their cancellation policies with their prospective clients. This results in unnecessary problems that could damage the image of the country. Therefore, all tour operators must insure that their cancellation policy is made known to the potential clients before a tour is booked.
