ABTO invites participation from interested tour operators to participate in the International Tourism Trade Fair (FITUR), which begins from 28 January – 1 February, 2009 in Madrid, Spain.
There will be 60% subsidy on the booth charges, the remaining 40% will be divided among the confirmed participantsÂ
40% collection from the confirmed participants will be used for hiring of furniture, participants’ exhibitor badges, refreshment during the fair and miscellaneous expenses
Confirmed participants will have to arrange their own travel and accommodation
ABTO Secretariat will provide general brochures and pamphlets for distribution during the fair
ABTO Secretariat will also provide advisory services, support and coordination
Number of participants will depend on the size of the booth available
